WOBBY wonderLAND 2 — LOCHAL TILBURG 2019

Kunstloc Brabant invited Wobby.club for the first exposition in the new LocHal in Tilburg: Wobbyaanland.

To mark the end of the exposition Wobby.club & Kunstloc presented Wobby Wonderland, zine fest & comic/art/book fair on February 24th 2019: a zine & art book fair, a program with talks and a zine workshop.

Talented artists were invited by Wobby.club to sell their self-published zines, prints, magazines, books and other designed merchandise in small editions. In addition to this fair, Wobby Wonderland offered a free program with talks and a DIY workshop.

  • Jeroen de Leijer, self-help guru, talked with participating artists about their undestined moments using his Kenjezelf Kit.

  • Documentary ‘It Is True But Not Here’ by Luuk Bouwman about artist Dick Verdult, courtesy seriousFilm.

  • Performance by artist Jip Piet.

  • Zine making workshop with Shamisa Debroey and Charlotte Dumortier / Yumyum zines (Belgium), with Risoprint help by Bobbi Oskam.
